Orbit - Operating Regime Based Modeling and Identification Toolkit
نویسندگان
چکیده
ORBIT is a MATLAB-based toolkit for black-box and grey-box modeling of non-linear dynamic systems. The model representation is based on multiple local models valid in di erent operating regimes that are being smoothly patched together into a global non-linear model. ORBIT is a computer-aided modeling environment that supports interactive development of regime based models on the basis of a mixture of empirical data and prior knowledge. ORBIT contains functions for robust parameter identi cation, including constrained identi cation, regularization and Bayesian identi cation. There are functions for structure identi cation, including selection of the local model orders as well as decompositions into operating regimes that gives good t to the data. Model validation, visualization and application is also supported.

متن کاملModeling Gasoline Consumption Behaviors in Iran Based on Long Memory and Regime Change
In this study, for the first time, we model gasoline consumption behavior in Iran using the long-term memory model of the autoregressive fractionally integrated moving average and non-linear Markov-Switching regime change model. Initially, the long-term memory feature of the ARFIMA model is investigated using the data from 1927 to 2017. The results indicate that the time series studied has a lo...
متن کاملIdentification of Nonlinear Systems using Gaussian Mixture of Local Models
Identification of operating regime based models of nonlinear dynamic systems is addressed. The operating regimes and the parameters of the local linear models are identified directly and simultaneously based on the Expectation Maximization (EM) identification of Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM). The proposed technique is demonstrated by means of the identification of a neutralization reaction in a ...
